Distant Journeys lives up to its name, by specialising in Antipodean travel. Via a series of vivid blog posts, I brought to life the desolate majesty and vibrant multicultural cities of Australia and New Zealand – inspiring wanderlust to take British tourists to some of the world’s most far-flung places.

SwanTours is a coach holiday operator with a difference – it specialises in luxury and exceptional customer service. Rebranding their holidays as “land cruises” rather than coach tours, I was able to attract a whole new audience to the business via advertising, a substantial annual brochure and targeted direct mail activity (including one mailer that generated an unprecedented 20% response and was shortlisted for an advertising effectiveness award). As a result, their turnover doubled in three years.
